
Moldovan president congratulates graduates of Moldovan State University's Law Faculty
President Maia Sandu today participated in the ceremony on the graduation from the Law Faculty of the Moldovan State University (USM).
The head of state spoke to the young graduates about the importance of the profession chosen, which comes with great responsibility. "I wish for them not to be discouraged by difficulties and to contribute, through their work, to a justice system that protects people's rights and gives hope that things can move in the right direction," the president said.
The head of state also called on the young graduates and encouraged them not to avoid the public sector. The Moldovan president urged them to become good prosecutors, good judges, as the country needs a new generation of jurists, who are honest, brave and well-educated. With a successful justice reform, we will become a member state of the European Union, the head of state added.
