OSCE chairwoman-in-office to visit Moldova

Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Swedish diplomacy head, Ann Linde, will pay a working visit to Moldova on 6 October, in her capacity of OSCE chairwoman-in-office.   

The agenda of the visit by the Swedish official includes meetings with President Maia Sandu, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, her counterpart Nicu Popescu and Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Vladislav Kulminski, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) has reported.     

The process of settlement of the conflict in Moldova’s Transnistrian region, as well as aspects on regional security on OSCE’s agenda will be tackled at the meetings with the Moldovan officials.

The visit will also give possibility to discuss priorities on the bilateral agenda and ways of boosting the Moldovan-Swedish dialogue.
