The atmosphere at Moldovan government’s meeting, held after the official delegation returned from Luxembourg, is captured in a photo gallery produced by MOLDPRES.

The cabinet meeting took place at an important moment for the country’s European path, following the official opening of accession negotiations with the European Union on Cluster 1 “Fundamental Values.” On this occasion, Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu said that each stage completed by Moldova in the negotiation process with the EU meant stronger institutions, better public services and more opportunities for citizens.

The meeting’s agenda included more topics of public interest, such as the appointment of new ambassadors, measures to strengthen social protection, solutions for combating fraud and other projects aimed at improving citizens’ lives.
