The legislative initiatives concerning the obligation of taxi platforms to process payments through financial institutions licensed in Moldova, the expansion of access to cadastral information and the regulation of the land re-parceling procedure will also be debated.
At the first reading, MPs will examine legislative initiatives concerning the declaration of the construction works for the Straseni–Gutinas overhead electricity transmission line as being of public utility of national interest; the establishment of clear rules for traffic management, public transport development, the arrangement of paid parking and the management of abandoned vehicles; and amendments to the legal framework regarding the establishment of the Cabinet of the Mayor of Balti Municipality. Another draft law provides for tax and customs facilities for the import of a batch of musical instruments meant for the National Collection of Musical Instruments of Moldova.
Two of the draft laws included on the agenda aim to harmonize national legislation with European Union standards.
