New State Secretary appointed at Ministry of Labour and Social Protection
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has a new Secretary of State. The position will be held by Anastasia Uceretnîi. Government approved the proposal today.
Anastasia Uceretnîi will be responsible for coordinating the territorial social assistance agencies and implementing the professional development system for staff in the social protection.
The proposal was presented at the cabinet meeting by Minister of Labour and Social Protection Natalia Plugaru.
“Anastasia Uceretnîi holds a PhD in Sociology and has relevant professional experience in the sociology, social policies and applied research, gained in academic and institutional environments and in collaboration with international organizations. Considering her professional experience, public management skills and expertise accumulated in the area of social policies, we believe that Uceretnîi meets all the necessary requirements for performing this role,” said Natalia Plugaru.
Also today, the Government decided to dismiss Igor Lungu from the position of director of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, based on his resignation request.
The Cabinet approved the decision by which Nelea Rotaru was appointed Deputy Director General of the National Health Insurance Company.
