Moldova's National Agency for Settlement of Claims has new director
Angela Munteanu today was appointed, by the parliament’s vote, as advisor for the settlement of claims and general director of the National Agency for Settlement of Claims (ANSC).
At the today's meeting, the MPs also appointed Iurie Veleșco as advisor for the settlement of claims at ANSC.
Angela Munteanu has education in law, international relations, business and business administration, with work experience in both the public and private sectors. Since 2021 so far, she has worked at the Electronic Governance Agency. She has earlier worked at the State Chancellery of Moldova as an advisor in the Control Body, advisor in public finance; at the Competition Council and the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family as department head; at the Court of Accounts as a service head.
Iurie Veleșco has education in the law field and is currently department head at the Competition Council. He has earlier worked at the Public Procurements Agency and the National Agency for Settlement of Claims, where he held various positions.
The National Agency for Settlement of Claims has seven advisors for the settlement of claims complaints, including the general director, who have the status of public dignity officials.
