
Reservists called up for training, Ministry of Defense says
The National Army announced the conduct of three training exercises with Armed Forces reservists throughout May. The first one will take place from May 12th to 16th in training centers in the southern and northern parts of the country.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the purpose of the exercises is to assess the skills of the reservists and familiarize them with the equipment and weaponry available to the National Army. The trainings are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Armed Forces Reserve Law and the National Army's training plan for 2025.
The first exercise of this year took place from April 7th to 11th. Such training is organized periodically to maintain the reservists' readiness level and ensure an effective response in situations of necessity.
