WEATHER // Predominantly cloudy sky, light precipitation in Moldova in next weekend
The weather will remain predominantly cloudy in the next weekend, on January 24 and January 25, with isolated light precipitation and slightly rising temperatures, according to the weather forecast.
On January 24, light isolated snowfall is expected during the night, but no significant precipitation is forecast during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be normal, and the wind will blow mainly from the southeast, light to moderate.
On January 25, precipitation will be isolated, and in some regions light snow or light rain is expected. Patchy light fog and black ice may form and icy patches may appear on roads, especially during the night and in the morning.
Nighttime minimum temperatures will range between -8 and -3 degrees Celsius at the beginning of the period, gradually increasing to -4…+5 degrees Celsius towards the end. Daytime maximum temperatures will range between -4 and +1 degree Celsius, with a warming trend in the second part of the weekend.
Meteorologists warn drivers about slippery road conditions and recommend caution in traffic, especially during night and morning hours.
