Moldovan artists to sing for Moldovan diaspora in Canada

Chisinau, 1 February /MOLDPRES/- Two concerts will be held in Canada by Catharsis band members - Ion Rata and Mihai Budurin, along with folk singer Lenuţa Gheorghiţă, during a tournament that will take place in this country on 13-20 February.

The head of the Community of Moldovans in Quebec, Ala Mandacanu, said that the tournament is organized by the Moldovan-Canadian Association DOR in Toronto, in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and the Embassy of Romania in Canada.

The tournament of the three artists is occasioned by the Centenary of the Union.
