
Moldova's Ambassador to Israel urges Moldovan citizens in Israel to follow security instructions issued by authorities
Ambassador of Moldova to the State of Israel Alexandr Roitman has urged Moldovan citizens in Israel to comply with the security instructions issued by the Israeli authorities.
The ambassador noted that the security situation in Israel stayed complicated. He urged citizens to avoid non-essential travel and to stay near bomb shelters.
“Dear Moldovan citizens in Israel, it was a complicated night with multiple rockets targeting Israeli territory. There are human casualties and dozens of injured people. The security situation remains complex, with further ballistic missiles and drones expected today. I respectfully urge you to continue following the security instructions issued by Israeli authorities, as your lives depend on it. Avoid non-essential travel and stay near bomb shelters. Unfortunately, the exact duration of this situation is unknown; please do not panic,” Alexandr Roitman emphasized.

Moldova’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a maximum-level travel alert – Avoid all travel – for the State of Israel on June 13, in the context of the security situation in the Middle East. At the same time, a Crisis Cell has been activated.
On June 13, Israel conducted strikes against Iran, suspected of intending to acquire nuclear weapons. At the same time, Iran launched rockets against Israel.
