Prime Minister attends Diaspora at Home Festival in Costești

The Government of the Republic of Moldova

Prime Minister Vasile Tofan took part in Diaspora at Home Festival, held in Costești, Ialoveni district. The event brought together residents, diaspora members, local producers and entrepreneurs in a program dedicated to the community and local traditions.

In his message to the participants, the Prime Minister praised the locality’s economic dynamism and the contribution of the people who work, invest, and create jobs: “Costești is an example of local development based on hard work, entrepreneurship, and people’s involvement. I would like to see many more such communities in the Republic of Moldova.”

The Prime Minister emphasized that economic development is a priority for the Government, noting that the authorities will act responsibly and efficiently to meet the expectations of citizens and the business community.

The event program included family activities, a craft fair featuring folk artisans, and a musical program.
