MP of Moldova's Action and Solidarity Party submits resignation as lawmaker
Maestro Nicolae Botgros has submitted his resignation as a parliament member. The information was confirmed by the press service of the legislature.
Nicolae Botgros informed that he had submitted his resignation a few days ago, noting that he wanted to return to music. He also said that March 25 was expected to be his last working day in the parliament.
Nicolae Botgros is the artistic director and principal conductor of the National Folk Music Orchestra “Lăutarii” (The Fiddlers), one of the most renowned orchestras in the country. He entered politics as a member of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) and was elected as a lawmaker of Moldova’s parliament
