
Moldovan Justice Ministry announces competition of admission to profession of bailiff
The Ministry of Justice announces the organization of the competition on admission to the profession of bailiff. On this purpose, the Licensing Commission for Bailiffs convened at its first meeting today.
According to the Justice Ministry, the members elected the commission's president by secret ballot. At the next meetings, the exam topics, necessary bibliography for preparation, the deadline for submitting files and other organizational aspects will be established.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice Stanislav Copetchi said that "this is an important step in the process of filling vacant positions and ensuring the fulfillment of court decisions."
The Licensing Commission is made up of permanent and alternate members: representatives of the profession of bailiff, the Ministry of Justice and civil society. With the entry into force of the new Activity Regulation of the Licensing Commission, approved in November 2024, the responsibility for setting the competition date and its conduct lies with the Licensing Commission. Until now, the process has been coordinated by the Council of the National Union of Bailiffs.
