Audiovisual Council digitalizes broadcasting license issuance process
Media service providers in the Republic of Moldova can obtain the broadcasting license in digital format through a fully automated and transparent process, eliminating the need to submit documents to the Audiovisual Council headquarters.
The new online procedure allows for the request, payment, and receipt of the license directly through the EVO application, Public Services module. After completing the application and paying the fee via MPay, the license is issued within three working days and sent electronically, with a digital signature. Upon request, the document can also be obtained in printed format.
The digitalization of the process brings significant benefits, such as reduced processing time, 24/7 available, transparency in tracking requests, and interconnection with government databases.
The service is available on the servicii.gov.md platform, being implemented through the Automated Information System for Management and Issuance of Permissive Documents (SIA GEAP).
