Prime Minister met with Romanian Ambassador to Moldova
Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu met today with Romanian Ambassador to Moldova Cristian-Leon Țurcanu. The officials emphasized the excellent bilateral relations and the friendship between the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
“Romania is a strategic partner and a firm supporter of our country in its European path. We will continue to have a special cooperation that will bring benefits to citizens of both states,” stated Munteanu.
The discussions focused on the main areas of cooperation between the two states - economic, commercial, energy collaboration, as well as joint infrastructure projects.
Ambassador Cristian-Leon Țurcanu congratulated Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu on taking office and reiterated Romania's commitment to continue providing full support to the Republic of Moldova in its development and European integration process.
