Cyberattack takes place on government resources of Moldova; authorities working to restore access
Some government web resources of Moldova are affected by a Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) cyberattack, the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service (STISC) reports.
According to STISC, the attack may cause difficulties or even the temporary unavailability of access to some of the affected resources.
“STISC’s technical teams are taking the necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the attack and restore the normal working of the affected resources,” the institution stated.
STISC announced that it would provide updated information on the situation and the progress of the remedial measures.
