Prime Minister attends Three Seas Initiative Summit in Dubrovnik

Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Alexandru Munteanu is paying a working visit to Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 27–29 April 2026, where he is taking part in the 11th edition of the Three Seas Initiative (3SI) Summit.

The event brings together political leaders, international financial institutions, and strategic partners from Europe and the United States of America, and is dedicated to the development of transport, energy, and digital infrastructure in the region between the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea, and the Adriatic Sea.

During the summit, the Prime Minister will participate in the panel “The Black Sea and the Middle Corridor,” where he will address the strategic role of the region in the new economic and energy flows between Europe and Asia, as well as the need to strengthen infrastructure and energy resilience in the regional context.

He will also deliver a speech in the plenary session of the summit, in which he will present Moldova’s strategic directions for strengthening energy security, developing infrastructure, and integrating into regional transport and energy networks.

The visit’s agenda also includes bilateral meetings with high-level officials and representatives of international financial institutions, focused on attracting investment and accelerating strategic infrastructure projects.

The participation of the Republic of Moldova in this summit reflects the authorities’ commitment to actively contribute to the development of regional connectivity and the strengthening of economic and energy security.
