Chisinau, 23 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Constitutional Court (CCM) today declared unconstitutional the decree by President Maia Sandu, under which she repeatedly delegated Natalia Gavrilita to create a cabinet of ministers.

Following more hours of discussions, the CCM judges ruled that the decree, according to which the Moldovan president repeatedly delegated Natalia Gavrilita to form a new government, was unconstitutional.
