
Current situation in Transnistrian region discussed with members of Danish Parliament's European Affairs Committee
Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian and delegation of the Danish Parliament's European Affairs Committee, led by Brigitte Klintskov Jerkel discussed the current situation in the Transnistrian region yesterday.
The discussions focused on the challenges caused by the energy crisis and the solutions, the assistance mechanisms provided by national authorities to protect vulnerable groups, as well as the multisectoral support offered by international partners to manage current difficulties.
In this context, Serebrian emphasized the essential role of European support in ensuring the energy security of the Republic of Moldova.
Moreover, the official reaffirmed Chișinău's firm commitment to advancing in the implementation of the national strategic objectives of reintegration of the country and European integration.
