Igor Grosu on Moldova's accession to EU together with Transnistrian region
European integration will accelerate the reintegration process of our country, leader of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) Igor Grosu said today.
The official expressed his conviction that the citizens from the left bank of the Dniester wish for peace, prosperity, and to live in a space where human rights are respected. He showed confidence that the European integration process will accelerate the reintegration of the country.
“Moldovans have shown very clearly that they want to be part of the great European family. I am sure that our citizens from the left bank of the Dniester also desire peace, prosperity, to live in an area where human rights are respected, and the European integration process will accelerate the reintegration of the country,” stated Igor Grosu when asked by journalists whether “The Republic of Moldova will enter the European Union with or without the Transnistrian region.”
