PHOTO // Deputy Prime Minister meets with North Carolina Secretary of State

Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi had a meeting today with Secretary of State of North Carolina Elaine Marshall in Chișinău. The main topic on the agenda was the development of bilateral partnerships.

Popșoi underlined that the partnership between the Republic of Moldova and North Carolina, launched 27 years ago, is one of the most successful examples of constant and effective cooperation.

“I was pleased to see again, in Chișinău, the Secretary of State of North Carolina, Elaine Marshall, a good friend of the Republic of Moldova. We discussed how to further develop this partnership so that it brings concrete benefits to our citizens,” said Popșoi.

The official also thanked the North Carolina Secretary of State for the constant support and assistance offered to our country.
