Apa Canal Chisinau company found over 400 cases of illegal connection to water network
Chisinau, 10 August /MOLDPRES/- Following some controls carried out by Apa Canal Chisinau company, more than 400 cases of illegal connection to the municipal water network have been found.
Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban noted on social networks that since the beginning of the year, the company has carried out about 1400 checks and in 149 cases was found unauthorized connection to the water network of the capital.
According to the information presented by the company, the violations were found in both private people and legal entities.
To continue to benefit from water, those who have committed illegalities have received fines and are obliged to pay the costs of disconnection / connection to the municipal water network. The total amount of invoices issued by the water supplier from Chisinau to those who committed illegalities amounts to 431,027 lei / over 20 thousand euros /.
