Detailed contravention record can be got online via EVO in Moldova
The Information Technology Service of the Interior Ministry (MAI) has launched a new digital service for getting the detailed contravention record, available to both individuals and legal entities.
The new tool enables quick access to an official document that reflects all entries in the State Register of Contraventions, including information on imposed sanctions and the outcomes of case examinations, without any limitation related to the statute of limitations.
The service was developed in collaboration with the E-Governance Agency and integrates data from 43 institutions authorized to identify contraventions, ensuring consistency and completeness of the information.
The record can be accessed online through the EVO application, in the Public Services module, or via the EVO portal at: https://evo.gov.md/acasa/servicii/justitie-si-aplicarea-legii/certificat-de-cazier. The document is available both in digital format and on paper and can be downloaded with a digital signature.
Users can also request the apostille of the record directly in the application, and the document can be delivered either at service counters, at the domicile, or via the MDelivery service, including for international requests.
