Nicolae Testemitanu Medical University of Moldova starts admission for bachelor, integrated, master's studies for native citizens

The Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) informs about the launch of admissions for undergraduate, integrated and master's studies for the 2025-2026 academic year for Moldovan citizens.

The application can be submitted online on the platform https://eadmitere.gov.md during July 21-27 this year. For the first time, applicants must authenticate in the eAdmitere system exclusively via Mpass (digital/electronic/mobile signature/identity card). Young people have the right to register simultaneously for up to three study programs per university, at a maximum of three higher education institutions, but will be enrolled in only one study program at a single university.

USMF Nicolae Testemitanu provides 500 state-funded places for undergraduate and integrated studies, including 25 places for candidates from the eastern districts of Moldova and, for the first time, 10 places for candidates from the Diaspora. Of the total number of state-funded places, 440 are allocated for the Medicine programme, 10 each for Dentistry, Pharmacy, General Medical Assistance, Radiology and Imaging Technologie, and Public Health, as well as five places each for Optometry and Physio-kinetotherapy and Rehabilitation.

The admission plan also provides 518 contract-based places: Medicine - 250 places, Dentistry - 118, Pharmacy - 60, Public Health - 10, Optometry - 15, General Medical Assistance - 15, Radiology and Imaging Technologies - 15, Physiokinetotherapy, and Rehabilitation - 40 places.

Intermediate results will be announced on August 5 on the University's website. Between August 6-10, the individuals admitted to USMF Nicolae Testemitanu must present original documents to the Admissions Committee (Central Teaching Block, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Ave, 165). Young people who did not pass the intermediate admission competition, but want to participate in the final competition must also submit documents within the set deadlines.

The fees per study program are: Medicine - 35,000 lei, Pharmacy - 30,500 lei, Dentistry - 65,000 lei, Optometry - 33,000 lei, Physiokinetotherapy and Rehabilitation - 22,000 lei, Public Health, General Medical Assistance, Radiology, and Imaging Technologies - 20,000 lei.

For master's studies, the Public Health Management program offers 10 contract-based places (tuition fee - 25,000 lei), Molecular Technologies in Health - 4 places, three of which are state-funded and one contract-based (tuition fee - 20,000 lei). The Human Nutrition master's program provides 13 places, three state-funded and 10 contract-based (tuition fee - 22,000 lei), Clinical Optometry - 3 places, one state-funded and two contract-based (tuition fee - 32,000 lei), Public Mental Health - 8 places, 3 state-funded and 5 contract-based (tuition fee - 22,000 lei), Advanced Nursing - 8 places, 3 state-funded and 5 contract-based (tuition fee - 22,000 lei), and Early Childhood Intervention - 7 places, 2 state-funded and 5 contract-based (tuition fee - 22,000 lei).

Final results will be announced on August 12 on the USMF's website. If there are available places left, an additional admission session will be organized between August 13-15.
