Moldova's women’s archery team has become European indoor archery champion. In the final, the team composed of Alexandra Mirca, Nikoli Streapunina and Kasandra Berzan defeated Georgia 5–4 in a shoot-off.

The athletes coached by Irina Cecanova previously won a gold medal at the European Indoor Championships in 2016, in the mixed event, through Alexandra Mirca and Dan Olaru.

This year’s European Indoor Archery Championships are being held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with 315 archers from 27 countries participating in the tournament.
