PHOTO GALLERY // Color, Tradition and Identity on National Day of Traditional Costume

Blouses rich in symbols, music, dance and carefully preserved traditions turned the courtyard of the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History into a true celebration of cultural identity. The 11th edition of the National Day of the Traditional Costume brought together folk craftsmen, artists, folk ensembles and lovers of traditional dress from the Republic of Moldova and Romania. One of the most emotional moments of the event was the parade of authentic costumes, proudly worn by the communities of sewing circles from both banks of the Prut River.
