PHOTO GALLERY // Premiere of documentary War Road 2: From Heart to Heart, about solidarity and courage

The documentary War Road 2: From Heart to Heart is made by journalists Viorica Tataru and Andrei Captarenco. It follows the route of humanitarian aid from the Republic of Moldova to eastern Ukraine, to the areas most affected by the war, capturing the stories of volunteers and people living in the proximity of the front line.

The film premiered on Tuesday, February 24, on the day marking four years since the beginning of the war in Ukraine.

The images were captured by MOLDPRES photojournalist Andrei Mardari.
