Moldovan State Fiscal Service says 30 December 2021 last operational day for budgetary collections, payments

Chisinau, 27 December /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) today informed that, this year, the date of 30 December would be the last operational day for budgetary collections and payments.   

According to SFS, on the last day of the budgetary year, no operations of collections and payments are carried out, but only international operations and of finishing the budgetary year.  

Thus, to avoid unpredictable situations, the fiscal authority recommends the carrying out of payments to the National Public Budget in 2021 till 30 December.

Under the legislation in force, the person called to account for fiscal infringement can benefit from a 50-per cent cut of the fine imposed, if he/she pays on a period of three working days after the date when the decision on the case of fiscal infringement is submitted, of the sums additionally calculated to be paid to the budget or pays off the fiscal obligation through compensation.
