Alina Cebotariov nominated for position of president of Moldova's Competition Council
Alina Cebotariov has been proposed for the position of President of the Competition Council, with her candidacy to be submitted to the parliament’s plenum by the commission for economy, budget and finance. The head of the commission, Radu Marian, has made statements to this effect.
According to the information presented, she has 25 years of experience in public service and currently holds the position of Deputy Director at the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, being involved in the implementation of support programmes for the business environment.
Alina Cebotariov has earlier worked for 18 years at the National Commission of the Financial Market, where she held the position of Director of the Non-Banking Credit Department, gaining experience in the field of financial market supervision.
The proposal is to be put to a vote in the parliament’s plenum.
