Meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Special Representative of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for Transnistrian Settlement Process
On 2 December 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with Thomas Lenk, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transnistrian Settlement Process.
The dialogue focused on the current situation of the negotiation process for the Transnistrian settlement. The marked developments in the main cases under management were highlighted, with discussions on the priority measures undertaken by national authorities in promoting sectoral reintegration policies.
The officials agreed to maintain constant interactions to advance the Transnistrian settlement agenda, appreciating the OSCE's efforts in supporting the goal of bringing the two banks of the Dniester River closer.
