Moldovan PM has meeting with ambassadors accredited to Moldova

The European path of Moldova, the strengthening of relations with external partners and attracting investment into the national economy have been the main topics discussed by Prime Minister Vasile Tofan at a meeting with the Ambassadors accredited to Moldova.

The PM thanked the ambassadors for the constant support provided to the country He emphasized that the government would continue to accelerate the process of accession to the European Union, while at the same time developing bilateral relations with all partner states.

“We have a pragmatic government, focused on solutions and results. We want to strengthen economic ties and create more opportunities both for the citizens of  Moldova and for our partners,” said Prime Minister Vasile Tofan.

During the discussions, the government’s priorities were addressed regarding economic development, attracting investment, supporting entrepreneurship, modernizing infrastructure, strengthening energy security and managing water resources, as well as the measures needed to enhance the competitiveness of Moldova.

At the same time, the Prime Minister reiterated the government’s goal to build an efficient state that offers citizens development opportunities, while being a reliable partner for investors and for the international community.
