Over 2,400 economic agents from Transnistrian region registered with Moldova's Public Services Agency
The State Register of Legal Entities included 2,492 economic agents from the left bank of Dniester River and the Bender municipality at the end of the first half of 2026. A number of 461 of them are permanently registered, while 2,031 are provisionally recorded by the Public Services Agency.
Between 1 January and 30 June 2026, 9 economic agents that declared their registered office in the Transnistrian region were permanently registered. At the same time, another 17 economic agents were provisionally recorded, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 815/2005.
Compared to the situation as of December 31, 2025, the total number of economic agents recorded by the Public Services Agency increased by 14, from 2,478 to 2,492. This development confirms the steady dynamics of the country's economic reintegration process and the pragmatic approach of the business environment in the Transnistrian region. For economic agents, operating within the national legal framework, access to services provided by the competent national institutions and integration into the commercial circuit of Moldova represent factors of stability, predictability and development. At the same time, access to the European Union market is a key anchor for expanding economic activities, attracting investments and strengthening the future prospects of enterprises in the region.
