President congratulated national football team of Moldova
Chisinau, June 21. /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu congratulated the national football team on the victory on Tuesday evening, the presidential press service has reported.
"Moldova, you are victorious when people make a united team! Yesterday evening, the Moldova national football team demonstrated in the match against Poland that only through a lot of work, dedication and fighting until the last moment we can achieve very good results. We can turn any score in our favor, we can capture the attention and admiration of those around us," said the president.
Maia Sandu congratulated the national football team of the Republic of Moldova for the feeling of pride with which it inspired the entire country. "Congratulations to coach Serghei Cleșcenco and Ion Nicolaescu, who became the best goal scorer of the national team. We are proud of you!", the head of state said.
