Moldovan Central Electoral Commission receives application for registration of candidates for MP on behalf of party
The Central Electoral Commission today received an application on the registration of a list of candidates for the position of MP of Moldova on half of a political party.
The request for the registration of a list of 53 candidates was submitted by the Political Party Coalition for Unity and Well-being. According to established procedures, the CEC has preliminarily determined the order of appearance in the ballot, with the party securing the 3rd position.
Within seven days, the Commission will consider the file and decide whether to approve or reject the registration of the candidates nominated in the election.
The period for submitting documents for the registration of candidates for the position of lawmaker in parliament started on July 20 and will end on August 19.
Parliamentary elections will be held in Moldova on September 28, 2025.
