
Moldovans living in the Netherlands invited to discussion with Moldovan parliament speaker
Moldovans residing in the Kingdom of the Netherlands are invited to participate in a discussion with Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu on 5 June.
The meeting will take place at the headquarters of Moldova’s Embassy.
“Tomorrow, I will participate in the inauguration of the Honorary Consulate of Moldova in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, located in Heiloo. On this occasion, dear Moldovans, I invite you to a discussion starting from 18:30. I look forward to seeing you,” said Igor Grosu.
Deputy Eugeniu Sinchevici, president of the parliamentary friendship group with the Kingdom of the Netherlands, will take part in the discussions as well.
During his visit, Speaker Igor Grosu is also scheduled to meet Marcin Czepelak, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
The diplomatic relations between Moldova and the Kingdom of the Netherlands were established on July 10, 1992. So far, 20 bilateral treaties and agreements have been concluded between the two states. These documents cover such areas as the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments; international road transport; readmission; the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion.
