DOC // Director of Moldova's National Anti-corruption Center awarded special rank of lieutenant general
Director of the National Anti-corruption Center (CNA) Alexandr Pinzari has been awarded the special rank of lieutenant general. President Maia Sandu today signed a decree to this effect.
Alexandr Pinzari has held the position of CNA director since October 2023. He has been working at the institution since 2016 and previously held the position of deputy director of the center. Alexandr Pinzari has also worked at the Interior Ministry (MAI).
At the same time, under the same presidential decree, the deputy director of the CNA, Alexandru Savca, was awarded the special rank of major-general. He has been working at the institution since 2016. Previously, he held positions at the Intelligence and Security Service, as well as at MAI.
The present decree comes into force on the date of signing.
