Judge Ana Cucerescu passed external evaluation
The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) has accepted the report of the Vetting Commission regarding the external evaluation of Judge Ana Cucerescu from the Chișinău Court, a candidate for the position of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice.
The decision was taken during today’s plenary session, following the examination of the report submitted by the External Evaluation Commission. After deliberations, the CSM members found that the magistrate successfully passed the vetting process.
The external evaluation process of magistrates is part of the justice system reform and aims to strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability within the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova.
