Moldovan PM conveys message on International Labour Day
We honor all those who work and contribute to the development of Moldova on the International Workers' Solidarity Day. Together, step by step, we build a country which provides prosperity for everyone. Prime Minister Dorin Recean today conveyed a message to this effect, on the occasion of International Workers' Day.
The official emphasized that every profession was valuable and thanked all those who perform their work with dignity and honesty.
“On International Workers' Solidarity Day, we honor all those who work and contribute to the development of our country, wherever they may be - in agriculture, construction, hospitals, public service, schools, IT or industry. Each profession is valuable and I thank everyone who fulfills their responsibilities with dignity, honesty and makes our community better,” said Dorin Recean.
The PM noted that Moldova was strong because of its people.
“We have hardworking people: entrepreneurs who have started businesses from scratch, creating well-paying jobs at home, teachers who educate generations, doctors who save lives every day, workers who build roads, houses and the future of this country. We know that Moldova can achieve due to our people. Together, step by step, we build a country that provides prosperity for everyone,” Dorin Recean also said.
Moldova marks International Workers' Day today. The holiday is dedicated to recognizing the efforts and contributions of each worker to the country's development.
