Over 40 people were investigated for participating in a paid protest, hooliganism and disobedience to the legal requirements of the police. The actions are reportedly directed by the criminal organization Shor, which involved minors and representatives of various ethnic communities in the protest.

According to the General Inspectorate of Police (IGP), the investigated individuals admitted that they were promised money to protest.

'Several procedural measures are underway against the organizers and members of the criminal organization,' said the IGP.

The police announced yesterday evening that the criminal organization Shor through intermediaries involved minors and representatives of various ethnic communities, promising them illegal payments, to create division and incite hatred near institutions and public interest objectives in the capital. Thus, they were directed to provoke, through aggressive actions, the law enforcement officers on duty.

In this context, the police urged citizens not to fall into the trap of illegal financial promises and to obey the law. At the same time, the law enforcement bodies warn that involving minors in illegal actions is severely punished.
