Contacted by MOLDPRES, MNEIN director Petru Vicol said that the National Ethnography and Natural History Museum was the first institution to implement a project on accessibility for people with sight and hearing disabilities to the museum heritage. ‘’We hope that this project will have continuity, providing to disabled people access to the permanent exhibition, Man, Nature and Culture,’’ Petru Vicol stressed.
For his part, the executive director of the Infonet Alliance, Victor Koroli, said that the hall had more important components: Dniester’s highlands, the forests, swamps, the steppe and the model map of Moldova. ‘’The text related to each component exhibition was translated into the mimic and gesture language in the Russian, French and English languages.
