Digital solutions for entrepreneurs: 70% of public services for companies available online
Public services intended for companies are digitized to a 70 percent extent. Thus, entrepreneurs can access most services they need in digital format, from scheduling and obtaining permissive documents to submitting and receiving documents, saving time and money by eliminating unnecessary trips to the counters.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, currently, out of a total of 407 public services dedicated to entrepreneurs and businesspeople, 284 can be accessed digitally.
In just the last three months, the e-Governance Agency has digitized 30 new services, offering entrepreneurs modern solutions that simplify the relationship with the state. They can be accessed quickly, from anywhere, through EVO app or servicii.gov.md.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Doina Nistor said that the digitization of public services is not just a technological step but a profound change in the relationship between the state and the business environment.
“Each service available online means time saved for entrepreneurs and money saved for companies, which can be invested in business development, not in bureaucracy, and resources that can be directed towards innovation and growth. Our goal is clear: to build a state that supports and accelerates private initiative, offering simple, fast, and predictable solutions, as happens in advanced European economies,” says Nistor.
AGE Director Nicoleta Colomeeț emphasized that through the digitization of public services, entrepreneurs save time, and the state gains trust.
“We are talking about concrete solutions. From scheduling and obtaining permissive documents to submitting and receiving documents in digital format, which means complete digitization of these interactions,” said Nicoleta Colomeeț.
The authorities have set a goal to have 75% of public services for companies digitized by the end of this year, which would mean that in the next period, another 22 services will be available online.
Currently, 15 institutions offer their services entirely online, facilitating fast and secure access for companies and entrepreneurs.
