Four state-owned enterprises to be put up for privatization again after failing to attract investors
The Public Property Agency (APP) will relaunch the privatization procedures for Zarea Hotel, Izomer experimental chemical enterprise, Știința editorial and printing enterprise, and the state educational publishing house Lumina, after no applications to participate were submitted by the deadline in the previous auctions.
According to the APP, the concerns of potential investors identified during discussions held in the previous stage will be taken into consideration when preparing the new auctions.
The agency announced that it will continue promoting these privatization opportunities in order to attract private capital and support the development of the enterprises.
The institution has not yet specified when the new auctions will be organized.
