Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration discusses European agenda and progress in EU accession negotiations with Czech Foreign Minister

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov discussed the European agenda of the Republic of Moldova and the progress in the EU accession negotiation with Petr Macinka, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, who is currently in Chișinău.

“I had a good discussion with Petr Macinka, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, who is currently in Chișinău. We spoke about the current developments on our European agenda and the progress in the negotiation process for EU accession,” said Cristina Gherasimov.

The Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration thanked the authorities in Prague for the expertise and assistance provided to our country in strengthening institutions and advancing reforms, as well as for supporting the European path of the Republic of Moldova.

Petr Macinka is paying a visit to Chișinău these days to participate in the 135th Ministerial Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
