Moldova's State Chancellery gets CAF User Certificate, strengthening commitment to excellence in organizational management

The State Chancellery announces the getting of the CAF (Common Assessment Framework) User Certificate, a recognition of the successful implementation of the European quality management model in the public sector.

The certification confirms that the authority has undergone the organizational self-assessment process, in accordance with the CAF methodology, systematically analyzing how the authority operates, the quality of the services provided and the impact of its activities on citizens and international partners. As a result of this process, the authority’s strengths were identified, as well as priority areas for improvement.

Obtaining CAF User status shows the State Chancellery’s firm commitment to:

Improving the quality of public services;

Developing a performance-oriented organizational culture;

Strengthening institutional transparency and accountability;

Continuously improving internal processes.

The implementation of the CAF model has provided a structured framework to objectively assess the authority’s activities and to identify concrete solutions for modernization and enhanced efficiency. The CAF User Certificate is a confirmation of the team’s efforts to provide high-quality public services and to develop a modern, citizens-oriented public administration.
