Mr. Florentin Blanc, Director of IRIDE and an internationally renowned expert, moderated the training course and presented aspects related to risk-based approaches to state controls in the context of European Union integration, with examples from the practice of European countries.
Mr. Blanc also referred to the importance of using digital tools for risk assessment and the planning of state controls, in order to ensure transparency and objectivity in control actions.
