This aid is part of the largest financial support package ever allocated by the Government - Budget +Plus. The total value of the assistance is 470 million lei. Payments will be disbursed starting from 2 May and will be provided to families through 3 methods: on the existing social card, on the bank card identified by the Government and entered into the databases of the National House of Social Insurance, or in cash at post offices.
The one-off aid will be offered to all families in the Republic of Moldova, as well as those living in the diaspora.
