Moldova, Estonia to further strengthen good cooperation relations
Chisinau, Nov. 3 /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu met yesterday with Estonian Ambassador to Moldova, residing in Bucharest, Ingrid Kressel Vinciguerra, the MAEIE press service has reported.
The officials approached the dramatic consequences of the energy crisis in the country caused by Russia's war against Ukraine.
"We talked about the social and political current affairs, as well as the continuous efforts of the authorities to advance the reforms and our European path, including with the support of the official development assistance offered by the Estonian people.
In the context of marking the 30th anniversary of Moldovan-Estonian diplomatic relations, I welcomed the organization of a photo exhibition in Chisinau in the near future.
We will further strengthen the good relations of friendship and cooperation with Estonia, relying on the expertise and experience of this country in our path of European modernization", he said.
