Moldovan PM to pay official visit to Bucharest

The Government of the Republic of Moldova

Prime Minister Vasile Tofan will pay his first foreign visit to Bucharest, Romania, on July 30.

During the visit, the Moldovan PM will meet his counterpart, Ilie Bolojan. The two prime ministers will discuss strategic projects of common interest that have a direct impact on citizens on both banks of the Prut River, economic cooperation and security developments in the region. The meeting will be followed by press statements.

Prime Minister Vasile Tofan will also meet President of Romania Nicusor Dan. In addition, the Moldovan PM will have meetings with the leadership of the Romanian Parliament and will have a discussion session with representatives of the Club of Bessarabian Businesspeople, focused on boosting investments and supporting the business environment.
