As many as 1,323 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours
Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 3,502 samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 1,323 cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed, of which 13 import cases. As many as 87,361 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Moldova so far.
According to data put out by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), 66 out of all cases are medical employees: physicians – 17, medical assistants – 34, auxiliary staff employees – 15.
A number of 2,785 patients confirmed with COVID-19 are put in hospitals, of whom 256 are in extremely serious condition (44 patients are connected to assisted breathing apparatus).
In the context, 3,866 persons are treated at home with easy forms of coronavirus and 26,470 are under supervision at the domicile.
Another 1,122 people have been treated and discharged. As many as 68,392 people were treated of COVID-19.
At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another 18 deaths triggered by COVID-19, with 1,987 people dead because of the virus till present.
