
External evaluation of Central Court of Appeal concluded
The Judges Evaluation Commission has sent the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) the final report regarding the external evaluation of the Central Court of Appeal, targeting Judge Ion Bulhac. According to the Commission's conclusions, he did not pass the integrity assessment.
The CSM is set to review the report and decide on its acceptance or rejection.
The external evaluation process of the Central Court of Appeal was initiated in April 2024. Of the 40 judges in office at that time: 21 resigned, one passed the pre-vetting process, and 18 entered the external evaluation.
